1.Purpose of use of Personal Information

SBM uses Personal Information in Internet search service business for the following purposes.

1)Purpose of use of Personal Information
1. Answer to users? inquiries;
2. Charge calculation;
3. Billing;
4. Provision of information appropriate for users? likes and tastes;
5. Operations necessary to develop new services;
6. Delivery of e-mail newsletters;
7. Prize drawing for campaigns and forwarding of prizes;
8. Money transfer for point-bases rewards;
9. Marketing research and analysis; and
10. Information about products, services and campaigns of SBM and other companies.

Clarify the purpose of use and obtain prior consent by users whenever using the relevant Personal Information for purposes other than those above.

2)Provision to Third Parties
1. SBM may, if reserves a table at a restaurant listed in the restaurant search service website for SoftBank mobile phones on behalf of a customer, provide such restaurant with the relevant customer's Personal Information (name and phone number of the customer wishing reservation).

2.Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

A customer requesting for “notice of purpose of use”, “disclosure”, “correction, addition or deletion (hereinafter “corrections and the like”)”, “suspension of use, elimination or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter “suspension of use and the like”)” of his/her own Personal Information obtained by SBM, and complaining about the handling of such Personal Information is asked to communicate with the following contact.

Supplementary provision

The present Handling of Personal Information in Internet Search Service Business for SoftBank Mobile Websites shall be enforced from 15 November 2008.
