1.Purpose of use of Personal Information

SBM uses Personal Information in the advertising business for SoftBank Mobile Site for the following purposes:

1)Respond to inquiries from users
2)Offer information adequate for users? preferences
3)Conduct business operations necessary to develop new services
4)Draw lots and send prizes for various campaigns
5)Deliver e-mail newsletters

Clarify the purpose of use and obtain prior consent by users whenever using the relevant Personal Information for purposes other than those above.

2.Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

A customer requesting for “notice of purpose of use”, “disclosure”, “correction, insertion or deletion” (hereinafter “correction or the like”), “suspension of use, elimination or suspension of provision to the third parties” (hereinafter “suspension of use or the like”) of his/her own Personal Information obtained by SBM or complaining about the handling of such Personal Information is asked to communicate with the following contact.

Supplementary provisions

The present Handling of Personal Information in Advertising Business for SoftBank Mobile Site shall come into force on 1 April 2008.
